No. We focus on attitude, willingness to learn, and the desire to grow - not past qualifications or experience.
- Empower2Employment : a 4-day program tackling barriers, building confidence, and preparing for work or further opportunities.
- Workforce Coaching : one-to-one or group coaching to stay accountable, overcome challenges, and progress toward sustainable employment.
- Hospitality Essentials : short workshops on service basics, safe work practices, communication, and thriving in hotels, restaurants, and venues.
No — they’re non-accredited. This keeps them fast, flexible, hands-on, and linked to real job opportunities.

- Hospitality Essentials: typically 1–2 days (flexible to employer needs)
Most programs are fully funded through partnerships with employment service providers and employers. Referrals may come via Workforce Australia, community programs, or our partner network.
We can’t guarantee employment, but our programs are built with employers who are actively hiring. Many participants move into work, traineeships, or further training.
Experienced adult-education trainers who understand real employment pathways. Trainers like Peter Vinci bring years of remote delivery and life-skills coaching experience.
We’re built around people - not paperwork. Sessions are hands-on, supportive, and connected to genuine employment pathways. Outcomes focus on confidence, communication, teamwork, and self-belief.
