Steps2work is Link2Labour’s dedicated space for practical, non-accredited programs that prepare people for the workplace. These are short, hands-on pathways designed with employers and built around what participants need most — confidence, direction, and job-ready habits.
We don’t focus on exams or formal qualifications. Instead, our programs give people the opportunity to take real steps forward: developing mindset, building employability skills, and connecting with employers who are ready to give them a go.
A four-day program that tackles barriers, builds confidence, and gets participants ready to take their next step into work or further opportunities.
Ongoing one-to-one or group coaching that helps people stay accountable, overcome challenges, and continue progressing toward sustainable employment.
A series of short workshops that cover service basics, safe work practices, communication on the job, and what it takes to thrive in hotels, restaurants, and venues.
