Due to strong project demand and upcoming works in Kalgoorlie, Link2Labour is seeking an experienced Labour Only Scaffolder or a team of Scaffolders to support active construction sites with scaffold erection, alterations and dismantling.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, physically fit and confident working in live commercial environments with an immediate start available.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Erecting, modifying and dismantling modular scaffold systems

  • Working closely with site supervisors and trades

  • Maintaining safe access solutions for construction activities

  • Loading and unloading scaffold materials

  • General labouring and site support duties as required

  • Ensuring all works comply with WHS and site safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven scaffolding experience on commercial construction sites

  • Basic or Intermediate Scaffold Ticket required

  • Advanced Scaffold Certificate preferred

  • Working at Heights ticket

  • Physically fit and capable of manual work

  • Reliable, punctual and safety focused

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
